Tell us about Digital Applications International
Within our chosen sectors and technologies we are market leaders in the delivery of, on time and to budget, business critical software systems. We still have the flexibility normally associated with dynamic small to medium sized companies, yet the dependability and assurance offered by our larger size.

What challenges were you trying to solve?
We were looking for a solution that could help us understand where our software licences were deployed without manually having to review each PC. With this information, its helps us reduce software overspend by company and department.

Why did you choose NetSupport DNA?
The software offed additional features over others that we looked at. It also has the potential to bolt on other complementary products later if we decided to. It’s great – keep going!

How is the software currently being used in your organisation?
At the moment, we are using NetSupport DNA primarily to monitor how software licences are being used across our organisation. The software inventory shows us where software is installed, when it’s used and who by, plus which licences aren’t being used, where they can be better deployed.

How/where has NetSupport added value?
We use DNA to create an audit trail for software and hardware purchases.
